CM&S was acquired by Holden Machine & Fabrication in 1998. Since that time, HMF has dramatically expanded the scope of Conveyor Manufacturing & Supply’s capabilities, by making significant financial investments in it’s facilities, capital equipment, executive management and technical staffing. A five thousand square foot state of the art machining and fabrication facility was built in 2004, transforming CM&S into the leading stocking distributor and re-build facility in the region. This acquisition further strengthened the greater enterprise by broadening its portfolio of products, technical services and the regional account base and industrial markets served.
